Drone Aerial Tour

No ambient background sounds have been added to the environment at this point. For now, play your favorite tunes while watching these videos. Waterline Tour
Motor around the perimeter of the USS Saratoga from the perspective of a small boat at waterline level.
Tour the hangar bay
This video walks aboard the USS Saratoga from the dock and enters the hangar bay. Upon entering, we first walk aft to look into the Jet Shop and storage locker above, then walk to the forward end of the hangar to see doors to various aviation maintenance shops off the forward passage. Reentering the hangar, we proceed to the ladderwell that leads to the Second Deck, which is immediately below the hangar, or Main Deck level. We finish our tour by walking by the open hatch leading up to the Gallery Deck, and Flight Deck levels.
Flight Deck Tour
This video starts just inside the entrance to the hangar bay from the dock, walking forward to the passage leading up to the flight deck. Very little detail or stenciling has been added to the interior passages at this point. Many details will be added to these passages as the Gallery Deck is created. Reaching the 04 Flight Deck Level, we exit the tower on the starboard side. We make our way aft, walking across the flight deck toward the port side. Cross over the arresting cables and descend down to the port side catwalk. Make our way aft, dipping under the Landing Signal Officers (LSO) platform, passing an AFFF hose reel and fueling station before reaching the aft end of the flight deck. Then make our way forward, observing the tower as we go. We end our tour on the forward portion of the starboard catwalk, with a view of the shipyard beyond.
